1. WHAT IS ON HAND/IN STOCK and PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE?
On Hand/In Stock Merchandise — All items available for 'Add to Cart' and 'Checkout' on our website are in stock, on hand, and ready for immediate shipment.
Pre-order Merchandise — All items available for pre-order on our website:
- Are listed under the 'PRE-ORDER' menu
- Have 'Pre-order' in the product title
- Will be purchased from stores upon receipt of your 30% down payment (DP)
2. HOW CAN I ORDER ON HAND/IN STOCK ITEMS?

3. HOW CAN I ORDER PRE-ORDER ITEMS?
You can browse pre-order items on our website, but to place a pre-order, please send your order details to our Facebook account. For more information, click and read 'HOW CAN I ORDER PRE-ORDER ITEMS' for details.
4. WHAT IS AN EXCLUSIVE SALE?
Our Exclusive Sale offers on-hand, in-stock, ready-to-ship merchandise at extraordinary discounts, well below retail prices. You can find these items under Menu > Sale > Exclusive Sale or Menu > Jewelry. Enjoy extra discounts automatically applied at checkout when purchasing two or more items.
All items in the Exclusive Sale come with a one- to two-year warranty. Please refer to our WARRANTY POLICY for full details.
5. WHAT IS HOLIDAY DEALS?
Holiday Deals offer our on-hand, in-stock, ready-to-ship merchandise at significantly larger discounts than our Exclusive Sale. These prices are limited and may not be offered again in the future, so no further discounts will be applied at checkout. You can find these items under Menu > Sale > Holiday Deals or Menu > Jewelry.
All items in the Holiday Deals section are backed by a one- to two-year warranty—please refer WARRANTY POLICY for full details.
6. WHAT IS BLOWOUT SALE?
The Blowout Sale offers our on-hand, in-stock, ready-to-ship merchandise at the biggest discounts across all of our sales promotions. You can find these items under Menu > Sale > Blowout Sale or Menu > Jewelry.
All items in the Blowout Sale are unworn and fall into one of the following categories:
- Excess inventory from stores
- Samples used during internal meetings or shown to the Brand’s specific clients
Most items are from current or past season collections, while some may be unique pieces that were revised, developed, and proposed to the brand's large clients. These items may or may not have been released or sold by the brand and its authorized retailers. As a result, you may not find similar designs, sizes, or colors elsewhere, particularly for the one-of-a-kind pieces.
Since most items in the Blowout Sale are unique, with only 1-2 quantities available (and cannot be replaced), and are deeply discounted, our usual inclusions and 1 year warranty DO NOT apply. Instead, the following conditions will apply:

Warranty: Blowout Sale items are covered by a One Month U.S. Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects due to normal wear and use (please refer to our WARRANTY POLICY for details). Manufacturing defects are typically noticeable right out of the box.

Final Sale: As with the brand’s policy, all Blowout Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, except if we shipped the wrong size, color, or item. Please review our RETURN | EXCHANGE | REFUND POLICY for details.

Packaging: Each item comes with the brand’s inner box, warranty booklet, blank tag (as shown in the posted photos), and a jewelry zip-lock bag.
7. DO YOU PROVIDE WARRANTY?
Yes we do, following the terms outlined in the brand's warranty policy. Please refer to our WARRANTY POLICY for details
8. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
On Hand/In Stock item — Once your order is placed on our website, it is final and cannot be changed, unless the item is out of stock.
Pre-order item — Your order is final once we place the pre-order with the store in the USA and cannot be changed, unless the item is out of stock.
On Hand/In Stock or Pre-order items on Layaway Plan — Orders under a layaway plan can be canceled, subject to non-refundable cancellation fee of 20% to 30% of Order Total + Layaway Charge. For more details, please click and read "7. Can I Cancel My Order on Layaway Plan?".
