1. WHAT IS ON HAND/IN STOCK and PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE?  

On Hand/In Stock Merchandise — All items on our website that you can "Add To Cart" & "Checkout" are  on hand, in stock, & ready to ship.

Pre-order Merchandise — All items on our website that are open for pre-order:

  • are posted under the PRE-ORDER menu
  • has the word "Pre-order" in product title, and
  • will be purchased from the Stores upon our receipt of your 30% downpayment (DP)

2. HOW CAN I ORDER ON HAND/IN STOCK ITEMS?

You can order & checkout On Hand/In Stock items through our website. Please click & read HOW CAN I ORDER ON HAND ITEMS for details

3. HOW CAN I ORDER PRE-ORDER ITEMS?

You can browse pre-order items on our website but you can only pre-order by sending your order details to our Facebook account. Please click & read HOW CAN I ORDER PRE-ORDER ITEMS  for details.

4. WHAT IS A REGULAR SALE?

This is our usual sale of on hand/in stock/ready to ship merchandise which is the same price as pre-ordered items. It can be found under Menu/Sale/Regular Sale or Menu/Jewelry. Extra discounts are automatically applied at checkout for purchases of 2 items or more. Regular Sale is covered with one to two years warranty (please read our WARRANTY POLICY for details)

5. WHAT IS CLEARANCE SALE?

This is our sale of on hand/in stock/ready to ship merchandise that has bigger discounts than our Regular Sale. It can be found under Menu/Sale/Clearance or Menu/Jewelry. There is NO extra discount for  Clearance Sale. It is also covered with one to two years warranty (please read our WARRANTY POLICY for details)

6. WHAT IS BLOWOUT SALE?

This is our sale of on hand/in stock/ready to ship merchandise that has the biggest discount of all other sales promotion. It can be found under Menu/Sale/Blowout Sale or Menu/Jewelry.

These items are all unworn & are either:

(1) excess inventories of the stores, or 

(2) inventories used as samples during internal meetings within the stores or with the Brand’s specific clients 

Most items are: 

(1) current or past season collections

Some items have been:

(2) revised, developed and proposed to the brand’s large clients as special items that were eventually released/carried/sold by the Brand & its authorized retailers to the general public or NOT. As such, you MAY or MAY NOT see a similar item, design, size, or color on the internet especially the unique pieces

 

Since most items are unique pieces with 1-2 quantities only (thus, cannot be replaced) and are discounted so deeply, our usual inclusions and 1 year warranty will NOT apply. Instead, the following conditions will apply:

  1. Blowout Sale is covered only with One Month US Limited Warranty against  manufacturing defects due to normal wear and use (please read our WARRANTY POLICY for details). Typically, manufacturing defects are evident or detected right away out of the box
  2. Just like the other sales, these items are FINAL SALE & may not be returned or exchanged for any reason (same as the Brand’s policy) except if we shipped the wrong size, color or item. Please read our RETURN | EXCHANGE | REFUND POLICY for details 
  3. The items come with the Brand’s inner box, warranty booklet, blank tag (see posted photos), and jewelry zip lock bag

7. DO YOU PROVIDE WARRANTY?

8. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

On Hand/In Stock item your order is final & cannot be changed once you placed your order on our website, unless if the item is out of stock
    Pre-order item  — your order is final & cannot be changed once we placed your pre-order at the store in the USA, unless if the item is out of stock

      On Hand/In Stock or Pre-order items on Layaway Plan — your order under a layaway plan can be cancelled subject to non-refundable cancellation fee of 20% to 30% of Order Total + Layaway Charge. Please click & read "7. Can I Cancel My Order on Layaway Plan?" for details.

      9. I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?

      Order confirmation email is sent automatically within an hour after you placed an order but there may be delays. 

      If you don’t receive an order confirmation email within 1 hour
      • Check your spam or junk folder 
      • Check your text messages
      • Check Order History in your Shopperone.store account
