PRODUCT WARRANTY
Shopperone stands behind the authenticity and quality of our merchandise and we have warranties against manufacturing and material defects. Manufacturing and material defects are defined as a fault in the function of a new, unused product which was not intended as part of its original design.
If, in rare cases, the merchandise you received requires warranty service and the defect is covered by warranty, repair service will be performed by the US store (thru its authorized repair service team) where we purchased the merchandise from if the item is not beyond repair and if spare parts are still available.
This is consistent with the brand's international warranty policy which indicates that the "international repair service covers products purchased around the world EXCEPT jewellery purchased in U.S.A. / Canada" (as shown in the warranty booklet included with your order)
Jewelry
Jewelries come with a One Month Limited US Warranty (for "Blowout Sale" only) or One Year Limited US Warranty (for "Regular Sale" and "Clearance Sale" items) from the date of purchase against manufacturing and material defects under normal wear and use (extending to two years for 18 kt gold jewelry). Watches
Most watches come with Two Years US Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Repairs or servicing work accomplished by third parties without explicit written consent and authorization from Shopperone will automatically invalidate your warranty.
We have the right to void the warranty and are not obliged to repair, replace, or substitute any items that have been misused, accidentally damaged or damaged beyond "normal wear,” or modified and/or repaired by an unauthorized service centers.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance charges (from the Philippines to USA) associated with warranty service to be performed in the USA. Shipping fee from Philippines to USA starts at P2,000 & up for jewelries and P2,800 & up for watches. Please contact us for shipping quote.
International buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance charges (from the buyer's international address to USA and back to buyer's international address) associated with warranty service to be performed in the USA.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER :
- Regular maintenance/cleaning service
- Battery, leather strap, metal bracelet, clasp, crystal/glass, crown/stem, finishes, case or its parts.
- Damage or defects resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, lack of reasonable care, or negligence (scratched or cracked case or crystal, damaged crown, signs of shock to the watch etc). Some examples are (this list is NOT all-inclusive):
- Accidental breaking, scratching, dropping, marking, or tearing of the item
- Use of commercial solvents, cleaners, wipes, or anything containing thinners or alcohol
- Marks and scratches made by hand, sharp elements, stickers or markers or modifications made after purchase
- Immersion in any fluid or washing, drying, or other forms of cleaning
- Loss of attachments or parts
- Any other accident that might occur in daily use
- Damage caused by excessive wear-and-tear, physical abuse or damage resulting from exceeding the limitations of the water resistance of the watch
- Reasonable wear and tear
- Damage caused by moisture, unless the watch bears the engraving "water water-resistant" on the back of the case.
- Service provided by anyone without the written consent and authorization by Shopperone will automatically invalidate your warranty
WARRANTY PROCEDURES
If you believe your watch or jewelry needs warranty service, is within the one month or one to two years warranty period, and damage or defect is covered by warranty, please contact us here for return authorization and further instruction.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
