ALL SALES ARE FINAL since all of our merchandise are sale items, special order or pre-order items. This means that your purchase may not be returned or exchanged unless if you received a wrong or damaged item SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS BELOW

We provide size chart, as applicable, photos and description of every merchandise on our website. Please make sure you order the correct item, size, color etc as we do not accept return or exchange of orders for reasons not due to our error.

For our documentation & insurance purposes, we inspect and take photos & videos of your items before shipping to ensure you have a positive buying experience.

We stand behind the authenticity and quality of our merchandise and we pride ourselves on our secure packing and shipping practices of our chosen shipping carriers as well as on our responsiveness and helpfulness in addressing any issue that may arise with your order/item. 1. WHAT SHOULD I DO ONCE I RECEIVED MY ORDER?

1.1. Record Unboxing Video

  • As our new policy, we recommend that you also record unboxing video of your order for your own documentation since in the unusual & unfortunate event that your order is damaged during shipping, we will gladly accept return or exchange ONLY IF YOUR CLAIM IS SUPPORTED WITH AN UNBOXING VIDEO. We are now requiring unboxing video (1) for our insurance purposes in case we need to file a claim (2) to prevent buyer's remorse (3) to discourage buyer from deliberately damaging the item in order to return, exchange, or receive a discount or refund, and (4) to prevent buyer from filing a claim after accidentally damaging an item during unboxing (example: accidentally cutting open a bag while unboxing). 

1.2. Inspect Your Package Immediately

    • Inspect your package and contact us immediately WITHIN 24 HOURS upon receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    2. HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM?

    • To be eligible for return or exchange:
      • you should have an unboxing video of your order
      • all parts of your item must be intact and in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused
      • all original product packaging such as boxes, bags, and any items used to wrap and protect the item should be returned.
      • all items must have original serial numbers, tags, labels, accompanying materials and freebies, as applicable, in the state that they were originally included
      • you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (eg. order confirmation email)
      • it should be wrapped and packaged in the same state as we wrapped and packaged the item/s.
    • It is our own discretion to determine the condition and acceptability of returned item
      • To start a return or exchange, you can contact us here. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package

      • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted

      3. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

      • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know within 2-3 days if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
      • You can also choose to keep the refund as store credit for your next purchase

       4. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGED ITEM?

      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know within 2-3 days if the exchange was approved or not. If approved & if we have in stock the replacement item, we will ship it to you on next business day after approval of your exchange.
