LAYAWAY PLAN

 

1. ARE ALL ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR LAYAWAY?

 

Only purchases of ₱5,000 or more from Exclusive Sale and Holiday Deals eligible for layaway.

Purchases below ₱5,000 & Blowout Sale items are NOT eligible for layaway and should be paid in full.

2. CAN I USE PROMO CODES FOR LAYAWAY ORDERS?

Promo codes can only be applied to On Hand items (those that you can Add to Cart & Checkout) and to orders on a 30-day Layaway Plan or shorter.

Promo codes CANNOT be applied to Pre-orders and to orders on a Layaway Plan longer than 30 days.

 

Important Note: You would still be able to apply any eligible promo codes at checkout. However, once your order is placed, we will review your order on a layaway plan & send you within 24 hours a "Revised Invoice" indicating the:

  • Correct price — which is the price before the promo codes plus layaway charge
  • Required 30% downpayment, and
  • Layaway or installment payments and due dates for each payment

3. HOW LONG IS THE LAYAWAY PLAN?

Layaway plan is 30 days for purchases of Exclusive Sale and Holiday Deals items worth ₱5,000 & above.

60-day, 75-day & 90-day plans are available for purchases of Exclusive Sale and Holiday Deals items worth ₱15,000 & above only.

4. ARE THERE ANY DOWNPAYMENT & LAYAWAY CHARGE?

 

A 30-day plan requires 30% downpayment (DP) to reserve or pre-order the item/s at 0% (zero) layaway charge.

A 60-day, 75-day &  90-day plan requires 30% DP to reserve or pre-order the item/s and is subject to layaway charge as follows:

 

  • 60-day plan is subject to ₱1,000 minimum charge or 5% of Order Total, whichever is higher [see Example # 1 & 2 below]. 

  • 75-day plan is subject to  ₱1,250 minimum charge or 7% of Order Total, whichever is higher [see Example # 3 & 4 below].

  • 90-day plan is subject to  ₱1,500 minimum charge or 9% of Order Total, whichever is higher [see Example # 5 & 6 below].

5. WHAT ARE MY LAYAWAY PAYMENTS & DUE DATES?

30% DP is required to reserve or pre-order the item/s. 

 

70% balance is split in the following number of payments, payable in equal installments every 2 weeks  over the layaway period:

  • 30-day Plan — 2 equal payments
  • 60-day Plan — 4 equal payments
  • 75-day Plan — 5 equal payments
  • 90-day Plan — 6 equal payments

 

Example:

 

On July 1, you ordered an on hand/in stock item worth ₱16,000 under a 60-day layaway plan. Based on the table in Question # 4 (Example # 1) above, the Order Total + Layaway Charge for a ₱16,000 order is ₱17,000. Therefore, your 30% DP computed as (₱17,000 x 30% = ₱5,100) is due on:

July 1 — ₱5,100 

The 70% balance is ₱11,900 computed as (₱17,000 - ₱5,100 DP = ₱11,900). The ₱11,900 balance is payable in 4 equal bi-weekly payments computed as (₱11,900 / 4 = ₱2,975) on the following due dates:

July 15 — ₱2,975
July 31 — ₱2,975
Aug 15 — ₱2,975

Aug 31 — ₱2,975 (the last installment)

 

 

6. WHAT IF I MISS A LAYAWAY PAYMENT?

 

You have 7 days grace period after your bi-weekly payment due date before your layaway plan is cancelled and items are returned to stock. A Non-refundable Cancellation Fee will apply once your order is cancelled [see Question # 7 below for cancellation fees]

7. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ON LAYAWAY PLAN?

Purchases of ON HAND/IN STOCK items on a layaway plan can be cancelled but subject to 20% to 30% non-refundable cancellation fee as follows:

30-day Plan — 20% of Order Total 
60-day Plan — 25% of Order Total 
75-day Plan — 27% of Order Total
90-day Plan — 30% of Order Total

 

Example:

  • You ordered an on hand/in stock item worth ₱16,000 under a 30-day layaway plan
  • You paid the 30% DP of ₱4,800 (computed as ₱16,000 x 30% = ₱4,800)
  • Assuming you cancelled your order on or before your last installment date, or you missed the 14-day grace period on any of your due dates:
  • We will refund you ₱1,600 only which is your ₱4,800 DP less the 20% cancellation fee of ₱3,200 (computed as ₱16,000 x 20%) 

A PRE-ORDER can be cancelled subject to 30% non-refundable cancellation fee.

 

Example:

  • You pre-ordered an item worth ₱16,000 under a 60-day layaway plan
  • Based on the table in Question # 4 (Example #1) above, the Order Total + Layaway Charge for a ₱16,000 order is ₱17,000
  • You paid the 30% DP of ₱5,100 (computed as ₱17,000 x 30%)
  • Assuming you cancelled your order on or before your last installment date, or you missed the 14-day grace period on any of your due dates:
  • You will not be eligible for any refund since your 30% DP will be forfeited as the 30% cancellation fee.
