  • Serial Numbers Intact
    Watches include original serial numbers engraved on the back of the case, as applicable.

    • Items bought in physical retail stores are supported with original paper store receipts.

    • Items purchased online from the Stores’ official websites include the Order Confirmation Email, which serves as the official receipt for U.S. online purchases.

    • A photo of the receipt or order confirmation can be provided upon request, after the order has been placed.
