HOW CAN I ORDER PRE-ORDER ITEMS?
Pre-order Merchandise
A pre-order item is a product that was in stock at the stores in the USA but is currently out of stock at our offices.
A Pre-Order ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is the time at which we expect a pre-order item to arrive into our office. Most of the time, we're able to receive & deliver to customers their pre-order within the ETA stated on the product details. Yet, there were a few times when these ETA's were delayed... sometimes significantly.
If there's a significant delay in ETA, we will email the customer as soon as we get information on the new ETA.
Actual date of arrival depends on various factors such as availability of items, order processing, custom clearance & shipping time of the stores in the USA. Please note that these factors are beyond our control and are simply the nature of an e-commerce industry.
On our website, a pre-order product:
1. is posted under the PRE-ORDER drop down menu
2. has the word "Pre-order" in the product title
3. is only available for browsing, hence, cannot be "Added to Cart" (see sample photos below)
To pre-order:
- Go to our website Shopperone.Store and click the PRE-ORDER menu to browse products (see sample photo below)
- Click on the product to view details, specifications, and preorder information (ETA).
4. We will send you an invoice & instruction to deposit 30% DP as per our Checkout & Payment policy.
5. We will purchase your pre-order within a week after receiving your 30% DP or the following week if the item is out of stock on the 1st week.
In most cases, Shopperone is required to purchase in bulk to avail wholesale prices. This way, we are able to pass on the huge savings to our customers & continuously offer products at the best deal possible. This usually applies to jewelries and watches. If your pre-order is an item that falls under this category, we will purchase it once we have collected enough pre-orders & have reached the stores' minimum required purchase. This may cause delays, sometimes significantly, in delivering your preorder if we're not able to receive enough pre-orders within our expected timeframe. Even so, we will advise you if there is any significant change in ETA.
6. If your pre-order is still out of stock 2 weeks after making your downpayment, we will send you an email, cancel the transaction & refund your 30% DP
7. If you decide to cancel your pre-order after we placed it at the store, your 30% DP will be forfeited as non-refundable cancellation fee
