FAQs | SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    1. WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

    On Hand/In Stock Merchandise Your order will be processed and shipped on next business day after we receive your full payment, no exceptions. We do NOT ship on weekends or holidays. If full payment is received on a Friday, we will ship your order on Monday.

    Pre-order Merchandise — we will ship your order on next business day after receiving your full payment, once we received your pre-order at our USA office (which is around the ETA date posted on the item's product description).

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS once your order ships.

      2. I DIDN'T RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL or TEXT. DID YOU SHIP MY ORDER? HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

      After sending your proof of FULL payment, you should receive within 48 hours a tracking number & shipping confirmation email or text, if you clicked the "Get shipping updates by text" when you placed your order (see sample photo below).

      If you fully paid on a Friday, holiday or weekend, you should receive shipping confirmation email or SMS on next business day after full payment.

      If you clicked the "Get shipping updates by text" when you placed your order , you will receive your tracking number & shipping confirmation only via text and NOT via email. 

      If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email within 48 hours after full payment: 
      • Check your spam or junk folder 
      • Check your text messages
      • Check Order History in your Shopperone.store account 

      If you don’t find the email/tracking number in your spam or inbox folders or text or in your Order History, please contact us here or on Facebook for further assistance

      3. MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

      Sometimes, it takes a few hours for the courier to sort out all the packages they received in one day and to register tracking numbers in their systems. If you're still experiencing problem tracking your order after 24 hours , please contact us here so we could assist.

      4. I RECEIVED A WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM, CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGED IT?

      YES you can but subject to our RETURN | EXCHANGE| REFUND POLICY. Please click & read carefully for details.
