HOW CAN I ORDER ON HAND ITEMS
On Hand/In Stock Merchandise
1. Visit our website Shopperone.Store
2. Browse or search for the item you want to purchase
3. If the item is not on the website but is on our Instagram or Facebook, message us on IG or FB to place an order
4. Click on the product to view details
5. Add the item to your cart
6. If you're availing our Layaway Plan, click the "Click here to avail Layaway Plan" message at the bottom of the cart & type in your chosen plan in the "Choose your Layaway Plan (30, 60, 75, or 90-day box (see sample below)
7. Proceed to checkout
8. Log in or Create an account to view order status, tracking information & order history or Checkout as a Guest
9. Provide your Shipping information
10. Choose a Payment Method & Shipping
11. Enter your Discount Code, if any, & click "Apply"
12. Click "Complete Order"
13. After completing your order, you can also click the option to "Get shipping updates by text" (see sample below). You will not receive a separate shipping confirmation email if you choose to receive shipping updates by text
14. After placing your order, you will automatically receive an email or text confirming your order and an instruction to send your full payment WITHIN 48 HOURS, if you haven't done so.
If you are availing our Layaway Plan ), you will receive within 24 hours a "Revised Invoice" detailing your payment plan, due dates & instruction for payment.
15. If you've paid via credit card on our website, your order confirmation email also serves as your payment confirmation.
16. If you are paying via bank transfer or PayPal, please email proof of payment to Shopperone.Customer@gmail.com WITHIN 48 hours after placing an order. You will receive a payment confirmation email within 24 hours
17. Once fully paid, we will ship your order as per our Shipping Policy
18. After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or text within 48 hours with your tracking number. You can also check your tracking number in the Order History by logging into your account
19. You will also receive an email or text if there's any update or changes to your order (eg. order cancellation due to your non-payment or stockout of merchandise, order refund, payment reminder on outstanding balance of layaway plan etc)
IMPORTANT NOTE: If we have not received your proof of payment within 48 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled and the item/s will be returned to stock for purchase by other customers
