1. WHAT ARE THE MODES OF PAYMENT?

Shopperone accepts the following payment method as indicated at checkout:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover) plus around 1% currency conversion fee
  • PayPal plus 4.5% transaction fees
  • Bank Transfer into:
    • Bank of Philippine Island (BPI)
    • Banco de Oro (BDO)
    • Metrobank

2.  DO YOU OFFER LAYAWAY PLAN?

YES we do! We offer 30-day to 90-day plan with 0% (zero) to 9% layaway charge for purchases of ₱5,000 or more. Please click & read our LAYAWAY PLAN for details

Purchases below ₱5,000 and Blowout Sale items are NOT eligible for layaway and should be paid in full.

3. HOW DO I AVAIL THE LAYAWAY PLAN?

Go to Your Cart, click "Click here to avail Layaway Plan" & type in the box the layaway plan that you are qualified to avail based on your order total (see photo below for sample).

NOTE: You can avail the 30, 60, 75 or 90-day layaway if your order total is ₱15,000 & above. If your order total is ₱5,000 to ₱14,999, you can only avail the 30-day layaway.

4. WHAT ARE MY PAYMENTS & DUE DATES?

4.1.) Purchases of On Hand/In Stock items below ₱5,000 are NOT eligible for layaway, thus, payable in full upon ordering

4.2.) Purchases of On Hand/In Stock items ₱5,000 or more:

  • are eligible for layaway
  • require 30% downpayment (DP) to reserve the item/s
  • 70% balance is payable on due dates of your chosen layaway plan

4.3.) Pre-order below ₱5,000:

  • is NOT eligible for layaway
  • requires 30% downpayment (DP) before we purchase the item in the USA
  • 70% balance is payable:
    • upon arrival of item at our USA office — for orders with shipping address OTHER THAN the Philippines, or

    • upon arrival of item in Manila — for orders with Philippines shipping address 

4.4.) Pre-order of ₱5,000 or more:

  • is eligible for layaway
  • requires 30% DP before we purchase the item in the USA
  • 70% balance is payable on due dates of your chosen layaway plan
  • Please click & read LAYAWAY PLAN for more details.
    • For orders with shipping address OTHER THAN the Philippines — the last installment is due:
      • (1) upon arrival of your order at our USA office,  or
      • (2) the last installment date of your chosen layaway plan, whichever is later 
      Example:
      • Your shipping address is Singapore or USA (which is OTHER THAN the Philippines)
      • You pre-ordered & paid 30% DP on July 1 & availed the 30-day layaway plan
      • Based on 30-day plan, 70% balance is due in 2 equal bi-weekly installments on July 15 & July 31
      • Your order arrived at our USA office on August 5
      • Therefore, your 70% balance should be paid on July 15 & August 5 (which is later than the last installment date of July 31 in a 30-day plan)
      • For orders with Philippines shipping address — the last installment is due:
          • (1) upon arrival of your order in Manila,  or
          • (2) the last installment date of your chosen layaway plan, whichever is later 
          Example:
              • Your shipping address is Philippines
              • You pre-ordered & paid 30% DP on July 1 & availed the 30-day layaway plan
              • Based on 30-day plan, 70% balance is due on July 15 & July 31
              • Your order arrived at our USA office on August 5
              • Your order arrived in Manila on August 12
              • Therefore, your 70% balance should be paid on July 15 & August 12 (which is later than the last installment date of July 31 in a 30-day plan)

          5. YOUR LAYAWAY POLICY STATES THAT PROMO CODES CANNOT BE USED FOR PLANS LONGER THAN 30 DAYS. WHY AM I ABLE TO APPLY PROMO CODES AT CHECKOUT FOR A 60-DAY, 75-DAY, OR 90-DAY PLAN?

          If you availed a Layaway Plan longer than 30 days, you would still be able to apply any eligible promo codes at checkout but once your order is completed, we will review & send you within 24 hours a "Revised Invoice" indicating the:

          • Correct price — which is the posted price plus layaway charge without discount from promo codes
          • Required 30% downpayment, and
          • Layaway or installment payments and due date for each payment

          6. WHY CAN'T I APPLY MULTIPLE PROMO CODES AT CHECKOUT?

          Shopify, our e-commerce platform provider, doesn't currently allow the use of multiple discounts — only one discount code can be applied per order.

          Feel free to come back & place another order to avail the other promo codes.

          7. WHY DOES THE AUTOMATIC DISCOUNT OR PROMO CODE DOESN'T WORK?

          • Make sure you're logged into your account as some special offers are only available to email subscribers
          • Make sure you've reached the minimum purchase requirement. (Please click "Extra Discount + Free Shipping" on top left of our website for details).

          9. I DIDN'T RECEIVE A PAYMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL. DID YOU RECEIVE MY PAYMENT?

          After sending your proof of payment, we will verify and send you within 24 hours or next business day (if you paid on a Friday, holiday, or weekend) an email confirming our receipt of your payment.

          If you don’t receive a payment confirmation email within 24 hours or next business day after your payment : 
          • Check your spam or junk folder 

          If you don’t find the emails in your spam or inbox folders, please contact us here or on Facebook for further assistance
