1. Warranty card

- Starting June 2025, the jewelry pamphlet—which previously included the International Warranty Policy, Worldwide After-Sales Service Centers, Product Advice, and Product Panorama—will no longer be included. These details are now available directly on the brand’s official website.
2. Paper bag -

- Starting June 2025, the brand has paused the distribution of paper bags due to the impact of U.S. tariff sanctions affecting most countries, which has disrupted their production including packaging. The brand is currently seeking alternative packaging solutions.

Paper bags may still be included with your order while our limited supplies last, but are no longer guaranteed.
HANDBAGS, WALLETS, CLOTHING, SHOES & BELTS
Inclusions Vary by Item Type:
- Brand Tags - included for handbags, wallets, clothing, and belts
- Gift Receipts - included for handbags, wallets, and belts only if purchased from Outlet Stores and not on final sale, as Stores do not issue gift receipts for final sale items
- Care Cards - included only for handbags and wallets if provided by the Stores
- Dust Bags - provided for leather shoes only if included by the Stores
- Shoe Boxes - Shoes typically come in branded cardboard boxes from the Stores.

To reduce shipping costs, we do not include the shoe box unless requested at preorder. Buyers will need to pay for shipping from the USA for this option.

Important Notes on Handbags, Wallets, Clothing, Shoes & Belts

We do not request gift receipts for clothing and shoes from Outlet Stores due to bulk purchase logistics and the time-consuming process of printing individual gift receipts.

Paper bags will only be included if available, as Outlet Stores do not typically provide them for bulk orders.

Items purchased from the online websites of the Stores do not include gift receipts or branded paper bags. The Order Confirmation email serves as the official receipt.
